In 2017, I was offered the opportunity to continue my role as a marketing creative with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, which had acquired the Oahu Century 21 All Islands offices. In 2020, I was afforded the opportunity to collaborate with other in-house designers from various Coldwell Banker Realty regions under Anywhere Real Estate (formerly Realogy Brokerage Group) and contributed to the development of advertising materials for specific regions. In 2009, I was retained by a well-established and accomplished CENTURY 21 real estate franchise in Hawaii to enhance and promote the organization's brand. My duties included participating in the creation of the company's magazine, producing marketing collateral, and developing foundational templates for agents to employ in their individual advertising efforts. In 2014, Sweet & True Surgaring Co. hired me to help further the company's in-house healthy & beauty products based in Northern California. Some of the duties included product and marketing design.

In 2013, Honolulu Club needed to revamp their company branding to help reintroduce an aged fitness & social club to a new younger and seasoned audience. The goal of this process was to give the company a clean modern-luxury look. Here are a few examples of my contributions to the company. Their goal to become the best fitness club in Hawai'i was attained in 2016.
In 2014, I was hired to help create a label and design advertising materials for the promotion of the Bokashi Bucket. Bokashi Bucket ran through Hawaii's Whole food Chains as well as a few health food grocery stores.
In 2010, I worked on a few projects for Jackson Ink, a Hawaii based marketing and public relations agency. Some of the work I created for the agency were logo mockups, ads for local magazines, and print-ready marketing materials. Here are a few examples.

Before social media was primarily used for promoting social events, printing posters, and flyers was considered a necessity to create in order to promote. Here are a few posters and flyers I've created to help promoters to get their information out there in order to make the event a success.
In 2010, Flux Hawaii introduced a modern lifestyle & Hawaii culture magazine that was considerably Hawaii's answer to Vice magazine. To start off their 1st issue, the company reached out to a bunch of local artists to submit an artwork piece that depicts the word "Transitions". Eventually, my concept won and made the front cover as well as an inside page spread about what inspired me to come up with the idea I created.
